Di&Di- More Diversity and less Discrimination on the Labour market

Welcome to the weblog of the project Di&Di- More Diversity and less Discrimination on the Labour market. Initiated by Enda Europe and iriv, this project is developed in the framework of the European Educational Programme Leonardo Da Vinci.

Five European countries are associated in this project: France, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy and Switzerland.

It proposes training to qualified young people and non-qualified women (both with migratory experiences) as well as mentoring for professionals working with migrants and people in charge of diversity in Human Resources Departments.
